I seem to have lost the treaded ball for the top of my Navel barbell, I only have one barbell untill tomorroww, What should I do so it doesn’t come out while I sleep
Put a small amount of Blu-tac on it, and a bandaid or injury tape over it to keep it in place – this is perfectly safe for you. Don’t forget to put a little antiseptic around the area though, just in case.
