Is it legal for someone to video tape into your home from next door?
we are having problems with neighbors and every time I turn around, the guy which happens to be a 3rd degree felon, is video taping straight at my back door.If it is open it comes straight into my house.
Depends on your state and local laws. Most states fall under the guidelines that say that if someone is videotaping what the general public cannot see or using some kind of aid (i.e night vision or telephoto lens) then they are in violation.
